| Jaidyn and I June 2010 |
Completely illiterate to the blog world, I started this with the generous help of my good friend Hockey Wife in order to keep all of our friends and family up to date on Jaidyn's treatment.
Jaidyn's diagnosis has put a lot of stress on both her, myself and the rest of our family and close friends. However, I would like to look at the positive part in this, in that I now get to spend a lot of quality time with my daughter and bond with her through something that no family should ever have to go through.
Since I am off work for a significant period of time, this has been financially tough on Jaidyn and I. I am so thankful for those that have donated to Jaidyn, so that I can be off work and be with her during her treatment.
I want to say thank you to everyone for their love and support at this trying time.
For those of you that don't know Jaidyn personally, I can tell you she is a strong willed, stubborn little girl, with an amazing personality, and with everyones positive thoughts and prayers I believe that Jaidyn will beat this and come out stronger than before.
